Right of Withdrawal

Effective from: 14 June 2026

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in your country of residence, and — where applicable — the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.), governing law of the seller.

I. Right of withdrawal

  1. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This right is guaranteed EU-wide by the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
  2. The period begins on the day after you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods — or the last item, if your order is delivered in parts.
  3. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the period expires.

II. How to withdraw

  1. Send your withdrawal notice to: info@trendyev.eu
  2. You don’t need to give a reason. Your notice should include: your name and contact details, order number or proof of purchase, a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract, and the date.
  3. You may use the model withdrawal form in section IV below — its use is optional.

III. Returning goods and refunds

  1. Send the goods back without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
  2. Please return goods unused, undamaged and with original tags where possible — you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics (trying items on is fine, wearing them is not).
  3. We will refund you (including the cost of the standard delivery option) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, though we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of dispatch.
  4. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. No additional fees apply.

Diminished value of returned goods

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — for example, if the goods:

  1. have been washed or otherwise treated,
  2. show signs of regular wear,
  3. carry odours from sweat, deodorant, perfume, etc.,
  4. have hair, fur or other residue on them,
  5. are soiled, damaged or stained,
  6. are missing original tags, seals or other elements that are part of the branded goods’ value, making it impossible to resell as new at full price,
  7. have otherwise been devalued in a way that reduces their market value.

In such cases we may deduct an amount corresponding to the actual diminished value from your refund. Any such deduction is assessed individually, based on the extent of the devaluation and whether the item can still be resold.

V. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

  • goods made to your specification or personalised,
  • goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly,
  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. underwear with a broken hygiene seal),
  • goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
