Effective from: 14 June 2026
Governed primarily by EU consumer protection law (including Directive 2011/83/EU) and, as the seller’s home jurisdiction, the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and the Czech Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.). Where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own EU country of residence are more favourable to you, those rules apply instead, per Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
I. Basic provisions and seller identification
The seller is: P.S.I. DIRECT s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 01714236, VAT ID: CZ01714236, registered seat at Na Rokytce 1032/24, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, email: info@trendyev.eu (the “Seller”).
- These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the mutual rights and obligations of the Seller and the buyer — whether a consumer or a business (the “Buyer”) — when entering into purchase contracts through the online shop at www.trendyev.eu.
- By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms they have read and agree to these T&Cs.
II. Formation of the purchase contract
- The goods offered in the shop are informational, and the Seller is not obliged to enter into a purchase contract for that item.
- The purchase contract is formed when the Seller confirms receipt of the order by email to the Buyer’s address. The order can be cancelled without giving a reason before this confirmation is sent, by email.
- The Seller reserves the right to decline an order (e.g. due to stock being unavailable, or an evident pricing error) and will inform the Buyer promptly.
III. Price and payment terms
- Prices are shown in EUR, inclusive of VAT and all mandatory charges. Prices do not include delivery costs.
- The Buyer may pay by:
- online card payment via the payment gateway,
- bank transfer based on a pro-forma invoice.
- An invoice is issued once the order is paid and sent electronically to the Buyer’s email.
- Ownership of the goods transfers to the Buyer upon full payment of the purchase price.
IV. Shipping and delivery
- The Seller delivers the goods to the address provided by the Buyer in the order. Available shipping methods and current prices are shown in the shop at checkout.
- Indicative delivery time: 3–14 business days from order confirmation, depending on stock availability and the supplier warehouse location (Czech Republic, Poland, Italy). The customer is informed by email of the exact delivery estimate once the parcel is dispatched.
- The Buyer must inspect the condition of the parcel upon receipt. Any visible damage should be refused or noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Risk of damage to the goods passes to a consumer Buyer upon receipt of the parcel, and to a business Buyer upon handover to the carrier.
V. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
This section applies exclusively to Buyers who are consumers.
- A consumer Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
- To withdraw, the Buyer may use the model form available on the shop or send a clear statement to the Seller’s email.
- The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal, at their own cost, unused and in original packaging where possible.
- The Seller will refund the purchase price paid (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, though may withhold the refund until the goods (or proof of dispatch) are received.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods, perishable goods, sealed hygiene products once unsealed, and digital content supplied with the Buyer’s consent.
Diminished value of returned goods
A consumer is liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. washed, worn, soiled, missing original tags making resale as new impossible). In such cases the Seller may deduct an amount corresponding to the actual diminished value from the refund, assessed individually.
VI. Liability for defects and warranty
- The Seller is liable for the goods being free of defects upon receipt, per applicable EU consumer-goods sales rules (Directive (EU) 2019/771) and the law of the Buyer’s country of residence.
- A consumer may claim rights arising from a defect in consumer goods within 24 months of receipt (or the minimum period required by the Buyer’s own country of residence, if longer).
- The Buyer must notify the Seller of a defect without undue delay after discovering it. Details are set out in the Complaints Policy, which forms part of these T&Cs.
VII. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, as described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
VIII. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- A consumer Buyer has the right to out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute. As the Seller is established in the Czech Republic, the competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, www.coi.cz — though consumers may also generally be able to use the ADR body of their own country of residence under applicable EU rules.
IX. Final provisions
- These T&Cs are effective from 14 June 2026. The Seller reserves the right to amend them; the new version takes effect upon publication in the shop.
- Matters not covered by these T&Cs are governed by the applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the Buyer’s own country of residence, per Rome I Regulation.
- These T&Cs are supplemented by the Complaints Policy and the Model Withdrawal Form.
